Practice Management

Practice Manager: Dr Leanne Flux

Leanne is a Chartered Organisational Psychologist and has a PhD in Professional Practice Psychological Perspectives. She joined the practice in January 2022 and worked in HR prior to taking on the Practice Manager role. Leanne is responsible for all aspects of the day-to-day management and administration of the practice ensuring that the wellbeing of staff and patients are focused upon. She is also a member of the British Psychological Society and Institute of General Practice Management.

Assistant Practice Manager: Karen

Karen is based at Hildenborough Medical Centre, she joined the Practice as a YTS trainee in 1993, and once she completed her NVQ, was part of the care navigation/administrative team.  She continued her studies in 1999 gaining a Certificate in Management Studies, she then left the Practice for pastures new.  She re-joined the Practice in 2002 as part of the care navigation/administrative team, and in 2010 was promoted to Assistant Practice Manager. Karen assists Leanne Flux, our Practice Manager, in the day to day running of the Practice. Karen also has overall responsibility for the prescription co-ordinators. She lives locally with her husband and two cats, and enjoys travelling.

Finance Manager: Louise

Louise is based at Hildenborough Medical Centre and assists the Practice Manager with all finance related tasks as well as overseeing the Dispensing Team and Prescription Co-ordinators.

Administration

Administration Lead: Charlie

Charlie is based at Hildenborough Surgery and has overall responsibility for the administration and medical secretarial teams.

The admin team comprises Jean, Sian, Jackie and Jo who are based at Hildenborough. Please assist them by notifying us immediately of any change in your name, address, email or telephone number/s. If you need to contact them please phone on 01732 838777 between 10am and 2pm.

Medical Secretaries

Our medical secretarial team comprises Rebecca, Nithya and Suzanne who are based at Hildenborough Surgery. If you need to contact them please phone on 01732 838777 between 10am and 4pm.

Prescription Co-ordinators

Our prescription co-ordinator team comprises Emma (who is based at Hildenborough Surgery) and Catherine (who is based at Trenchwood Surgery).  If you need to contact them please phone on 01732 838777 between 10.00am and 2.00pm. Outside of these hours you can leave a message on the answerphone.
