Patient Feedback on Anima

Introduction

In July 2025 we introduced Anima, our new online triage system, to make it easier and faster for our patients to get the right care at the right time. Rather than waiting in a phone queue, patients can submit a request online at any time, and our team will respond promptly to ensure you are seen by the right person.

We have been delighted by the response from so many of our patients. Below is a selection of the feedback we have received since Anima launched. We update this page every month and are grateful to every patient who takes the time to share their experience.

Speed of Response

I used Anima this afternoon answering questions and sent it off — within 30 minutes I had a phone call from HTMG and saw a Doctor within 2 hours!

Just wanted to say I was very impressed with the service on 19th December! This included a fast response to my Anima request, the Doctor and her Secretary producing a letter extremely quickly, and the Care Navigator and Nurse going out of their way to arrange an emergency blood test.
