Patient Feedback on Anima
Introduction
In July 2025 we introduced Anima, our new online triage system, to make it easier and faster for our patients to get the right care at the right time. Rather than waiting in a phone queue, patients can submit a request online at any time, and our team will respond promptly to ensure you are seen by the right person.
We have been delighted by the response from so many of our patients. Below is a selection of the feedback we have received since Anima launched. We update this page every month and are grateful to every patient who takes the time to share their experience.

The practice is not only efficient but very caring. Doctors, nurses, and support staff are friendly and, more importantly, they combine to provide a very effective service to diagnose and treat the medical issues of patients.
