We have revamped our waiting area, added new flooring in all areas and expanded our facilities with new, modern consulting rooms, alongside a complete refurbishment of our reception area.

  • If you live more than 1.6km from your nearest pharmacy

Do you have a hearing loop?

  • We have a hearing loop system in place to support patients with hearing aids. To use it, switch your hearing aid to the ‘T’ setting

Do you experience muffled hearing, ringing or blockage of your ear?

Get your ears syringed!

  • We offer an ear irrigation service for patients aged 16 and over to remove ear wax
  • Before booking this treatment, patients must have an ear check with a GP or nurse.
  • An ear check can be requested via the Anima system.
  • If ear irrigation is suitable, you will be added to a waiting list.

Please note: Patients will need to use olive oil ear drops for at least 2 weeks prior to the procedure to help soften the ear wax

If you are experiencing any pain, suspected infection, or for patients under 16, please submit a medical request through Anima

Wondering why you didn’t get a call back?

Our system is designed so that when a patient opts for a call-back, the system places them in a queue.

However, if the patient then calls back again before receiving the call-back call, the system recognises their phone number and assumes the call-back has been made.

Unfortunately, this cancels the original call-back request, which explains why you did not receive the return calls you were expecting.

 

Carers Coffee Morning – A Huge Success!

In September, we hosted a Carers Coffee Morning, where around 30 carers attended, enjoying a warm, welcoming space to relax and connect. 

A big thank you to our PPG members, Wendy and Sally, for supplying delicious lemon drizzle and chocolate biscuits.

Many attendees valued the opportunity to learn more about support organisations like Involve and Crossroads
