Important Changes at HTMG

HTMG will be changing their medical software provider from Vision to EMIS on Thursday 24th September, this should lead to improved online access and services for our patients and more efficient working practices for our staff.  Inevitably this will lead to some disruption and delays while our staff are learning to use the new system, please be patient with us while we go through this change. 

This change means that we will also be changing our online service provider from 'Patient Services'  (provided by In Practice Systems) to EMIS  'Patient Access'.  Patients who have previously registered with Patient Services should be able to transfer their registration to Patient Access by following this link after 25th September .   The practice will have to activate each account so please bear with us as we have to do each one individually.
