I received a phone call and an appointment to see Dr Grewal this morning. Booked through Anima everything was straightforward and speedy. I want thank everyone involved. It must be a difficult task, dealing with sick people every day! Please know how valued you all are and how much your patients appreciate what you do. Thank you!  Very pleased to have received an appointment so quickly!

I would like to leave positive feedback for excellent service for my experience today. I filled out the Anima triage form and received a phone call 10 minutes later offering me an appointment within the hour. I had a great experience with xxxx regarding my issue and I didn't feel rushed and felt listened, I was also give a prescription for management of the issue. I was also able to have a blood test straight after my appointment as there was a cancellation. I very grateful for the service I received today.
