Care leavers
Moving Forwards
The Moving Forwards Service, provided by Involve, supports care leavers (aged 18 to 25) or looked after children (aged 16 to 18) in preparing for independence on leaving care.
Their navigators work with the young people towards achieving their goals and aspirations. They can support with finding accommodation, starting a career, developing talents, gaining skills, or dealing with worries and problems. Care leavers also enjoy meeting with their peers at our fun monthly activities, such as Thorpe Park, St Andrews Lakes, Escape rooms.
The service is Kent and Medway wide. Referrals can be made on the Moving Forwards website.
