Hildenborough & Tonbridge Medical Group offers the facility for patients to book doctors appointments and order repeat medication online using Vision Online Services (VOS). If you would like to manage your appointments or repeat prescriptions online, you will need to register for the service. Please download the form below (or collect it from the surgery) and give the completed form to one of our reception team so that your registration can be processed. Please note that two forms of identification will be needed, one of which must be photo ID (eg passport, photo driving licence). The second form of ID should be a bank statement or similar (but not a utility bill). A letter will then be sent to you giving details of the steps to follow in order to create your online account. Once registered you can access the services via the link at the top right of this page.
