Repeat Prescriptions

green_pillsYour doctor may decide to give you certain drugs on repeat prescription. These are usually listed on a sheet attached to your prescription. If you require further supplies you may request a repeat prescription online by using the online request form available on the 'Home' page.

Alternatively please leave the repeat prescription form at one of the surgeries, allowing up to two working days for the prescription to be processed. Where applicable, drugs will be supplied (if a fee is payable, please leave the correct money).

In Leigh and Weald, request forms can be left at the surgeries or at Leigh Post Office or The Old Bakery Stores respectively. Requests are then taken to Hildenborough to be dispensed and when possible are returned the following day, however please allow 48 hours.

If a fee is payable, please leave the correct money (currently £7.20 per item), either by cash or cheque payable to Hildenborough Medical Group. If you are exempt from the prescription charge other than for age please provide proof at the time of the repeat prescription request.

Please note that we cannot take requests for repeat prescriptions by telephone, this is to avoid mistakes being made.

Postal returns will be made if you enclose a stamped addressed envelope.
